Snail Meat Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 kg snail
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp chili bean sauce
- 2 heads shallot
- 1/4 capsicum
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Steps
- Steam the snails for 30 minutes, then let them cool down.
- Remove the meat from the shells and cut into desired sizes.
- Fry the shallots in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and curry powder, cooking until aromatic.
- Stir in the chili bean sauce until well combined.
- Add the diced capsicum (2 cm pieces) and stir everything together.
- Finally, add the snail meat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
