Snail Meat Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 kg snail
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp chili bean sauce
  • 2 heads shallot
  • 1/4 capsicum
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Steam the snails for 30 minutes, then let them cool down.
  2. Remove the meat from the shells and cut into desired sizes.
  3. Fry the shallots in olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and curry powder, cooking until aromatic.
  5. Stir in the chili bean sauce until well combined.
  6. Add the diced capsicum (2 cm pieces) and stir everything together.
  7. Finally, add the snail meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
