Grilled Heart Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 large heart cabbage
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 100 grams ghee
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of 1/2 lime
Steps
- In a frying pan, fry the heart cabbage until dark brown but not burnt.
- Transfer the cabbage to the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the miso paste, lime zest, lime juice, and ghee to form a paste.
- Return the cabbage to the frying pan, add the paste, and fry again, scooping the melted paste onto the cabbage while cooking.
