Grilled Heart Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 large heart cabbage
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 100 grams ghee
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Steps

  1. In a frying pan, fry the heart cabbage until dark brown but not burnt.
  2. Transfer the cabbage to the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the miso paste, lime zest, lime juice, and ghee to form a paste.
  4. Return the cabbage to the frying pan, add the paste, and fry again, scooping the melted paste onto the cabbage while cooking.
