Jumbo Asparagus in a Sushi Wrapper

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs jumbo asparagus
  • 3 pcs sushi wrapper sheets
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce with sesame oil

Steps

  1. Boil water and add salt.
  2. Clean the asparagus and boil in the salted water for 3 minutes.
  3. Cut the sushi wrappers in half.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the wrapper, place the asparagus, and roll it up.
  5. Stick the edges together and let it sit for about 3 minutes.
  6. Divide into six pieces.
  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top and drizzle with soy sauce.
