Ingredients
- 6 scallops
- 1 tbsp silk tofu
- Herbs (mint, tarragon, parsley, dill)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Lightly squeeze the scallops with a paper towel to absorb excess water.
- Fry the scallops for 1 minute on each side.
- For the sauce, blend the silk tofu, herbs, and lemon until smooth.
- Serve the scallops with the herb sauce.
