Crunchy Minced Shrimp



Ingredients
- 300 grams minced shrimp
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 stem spring onion, chopped
- 6 big wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp Japanese mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- guacamole (optional)
Steps
- Season minced shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped spring onion.
- Cut wonton wrappers into strips and wrap the shrimp mixture.
- Preheat oil for frying.
- Fry wrapped shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with a sauce made from Japanese mayo, sriracha, sesame seeds, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Optional: Serve with guacamole.
