Crunchy Minced Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 300 grams minced shrimp
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 stem spring onion, chopped
  • 6 big wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • guacamole (optional)

Steps

  1. Season minced shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped spring onion.
  2. Cut wonton wrappers into strips and wrap the shrimp mixture.
  3. Preheat oil for frying.
  4. Fry wrapped shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve with a sauce made from Japanese mayo, sriracha, sesame seeds, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Optional: Serve with guacamole.
