Egg Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tortillas
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup melted cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Toast the tortillas until crispy and set aside.
  2. Cut the ham into 2 cm pieces and mix with the melted cheese.
  3. Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the eggs, flipping them once.
  5. Add the ham and cheese mixture on one half of the eggs.
  6. Fold the other half of the eggs over the filling.
  7. Place a tortilla on top and press down until it sticks.
  8. Flip the quesadilla and repeat with the remaining ham, cheese, and tortilla.
  9. Cook until the tortillas are crispy.
