Egg Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tortillas
- 2 slices of ham
- 1/2 cup melted cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Steps
- Toast the tortillas until crispy and set aside.
- Cut the ham into 2 cm pieces and mix with the melted cheese.
- Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the eggs, flipping them once.
- Add the ham and cheese mixture on one half of the eggs.
- Fold the other half of the eggs over the filling.
- Place a tortilla on top and press down until it sticks.
- Flip the quesadilla and repeat with the remaining ham, cheese, and tortilla.
- Cook until the tortillas are crispy.
