  • 4 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ham
  • cheese
  • tortilla

Steps

  1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cut spinach and cherry tomatoes to the egg mixture.
  3. Fry the onion until soft, then add to the egg mixture.
  4. Cook the egg mixture over low heat.
  5. Place the toasted tortilla on top and flip the omelet.
  6. Top with ham and cheese, cover until the cheese melts.
