Spring Rolls in Nori Paper

Ingredients

  • 500 grams shrimp
  • 20 pieces spring roll paper
  • 10 pieces nori paper
  • 1/4 cup carrots, cut into small pieces
  • 2 stems spring onion, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Minced the shrimp and cut the carrots and spring onion.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced shrimp, carrots, spring onion, cornstarch, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Place the mixture in a cone-shaped plastic bag for easier filling.
  4. Fill the nori paper with the shrimp mixture and roll it up.
  5. Wrap the rolled nori in spring roll paper.
  6. Cut the rolls into 3 pieces each.
  7. Fry the rolls in oil until golden brown.
  8. Serve with chili sauce.
