Spring Rolls in Nori Paper

Ingredients
- 500 grams shrimp
- 20 pieces spring roll paper
- 10 pieces nori paper
- 1/4 cup carrots, cut into small pieces
- 2 stems spring onion, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Minced the shrimp and cut the carrots and spring onion.
- In a bowl, combine the minced shrimp, carrots, spring onion, cornstarch, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Place the mixture in a cone-shaped plastic bag for easier filling.
- Fill the nori paper with the shrimp mixture and roll it up.
- Wrap the rolled nori in spring roll paper.
- Cut the rolls into 3 pieces each.
- Fry the rolls in oil until golden brown.
- Serve with chili sauce.
