Avocado Shrimp with Mixed Leaves Salad

Ingredients
- 200 grams steamed shrimp
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 drops sesame oil
- 3 handfuls mixed salad
Steps
- Steam the shrimp for 5 minutes, then clean and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the avocado into cubes and combine with the shrimp.
- Mix sriracha, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sesame oil, then pour over the shrimp and avocado mixture. Mix well.
- Prepare the salad by arranging mixed leaves on a plate.
- Using a ring mold, fill the center with the shrimp mixture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
