Avocado Shrimp with Mixed Leaves Salad

Ingredients

  • 200 grams steamed shrimp
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 drops sesame oil
  • 3 handfuls mixed salad

Steps

  1. Steam the shrimp for 5 minutes, then clean and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut the avocado into cubes and combine with the shrimp.
  3. Mix sriracha, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sesame oil, then pour over the shrimp and avocado mixture. Mix well.
  4. Prepare the salad by arranging mixed leaves on a plate.
  5. Using a ring mold, fill the center with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
