Tuna with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
- 200 grams tuna
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 orange (juiced)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 thumb ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Steps
- Marinate the tuna in the juice of orange, lemon, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, place sesame seeds and roll the marinated tuna to fully cover it.
- Fry the tuna in medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side.
- Slice the tuna into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick.
- Serve with ponzu sauce.
