Tuna with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

  • 200 grams tuna
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 thumb ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Marinate the tuna in the juice of orange, lemon, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place sesame seeds and roll the marinated tuna to fully cover it.
  3. Fry the tuna in medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Slice the tuna into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick.
  5. Serve with ponzu sauce.
