Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Yogurt with chia seeds (or coconut yogurt for vegan option)

Steps

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas.
  3. Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven and bake the mixture for 8 minutes to set.
  5. Add the berries on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Serve in 6 cups with yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan option), mixed with chia seeds and additional berries.
