Oatmeal Berry Cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 ripe bananas
- Cinnamon to taste
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Yogurt with chia seeds (or coconut yogurt for vegan option)
Steps
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas.
- Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and bake the mixture for 8 minutes to set.
- Add the berries on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve in 6 cups with yogurt (or coconut yogurt for vegan option), mixed with chia seeds and additional berries.
