Ingredients
- 1 filet mignon
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 4 radishes
- 2 pickles
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Butter for basting
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
Steps
- Salt the filet mignon an hour before cooking to draw out moisture.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and then boil until tender.
- Shallow fry the potatoes in oil with paprika, salt, and pepper until golden brown.
- Prepare the salad by slicing cucumber, radishes, and pickles, then mix with yogurt.
- Cook the filet mignon to desired doneness, basting with butter, garlic, and lime juice at the end.
